 What is included in weekly services:

• Inspect inside and outside for water leaks under sinks, toilets, shower, garage hookups, outside faucets.
• Flush toilets and add additive if you choose.
• Check all window locks, doors and screens.
• Run sinks to freshen the traps
• Run garbage disposal
• Check thermostat
• Water all indoor potted plants.
• Check your lawn condition regarding too little irrigation.
• Check your pool/spa for obvious issues
• Start your vehicle/run for 10 minutes if desired.
• + $5.00/Month / Cart = Take your golf cart for a spin two times a month. 
• Inspect interior for any insect presence.
• Pick up papers, flyers left outside home.
• Weekly emails with our inspection report.
• Take photos of concerns/submit them to you.
• Once a quarter run hot water down your AC tube.

• Pay us through : Bill Pay at your bank 
• OR Pre-Pay for our service by personal check.
• ALL payments are due at the end of month completed.

$60.00  monthly for basic service listed.  (One visit Weekly)

$25.00  Extra trip to residence for anything.

$25.00 Per hour if needed to wait at property for a service company repair, etc.
